The Director General of the Ethiopian Artificial Intelligence Institute, Worku Gachena (Eng.) officially launched the conference.
In his message, the Director General stated that artificial intelligence technology has many contributions to Africa. He emphasized such events can help find solutions to the problems that the continent is facing in the domains of health, cyber security, finance, and the service sector.
This year’s conference, which is being held online, will last for two days.
