Ethiopian Artrificial Intelligence Institute conducted a discussion that could assist in the technological modernization of the Amhara judicial system with the administration of the Amhara Supreme Court.
The delegation, led by the President of the Supreme Court Alemante Agedew, discussed with the institute’s high-ranking officials. The General Director of the institute, Worku Gachena (PhD.), provided insight into the institution’s operations to the delegation. Additionally, the General Director elaborated on the institute’s commitment to developing AI-driven solutions for problem-solving across multiple sectors.
The President of the Amhara Supreme Court, Alemante Agedew, remarked that the visit to the institution is beneficial. The President also noted that the ongoing efforts to modernize the judiciary sector at a national level are promising. Furthermore, the President stated that they will work in collaboration with the institution to implement the Smart Court System developed for the Federal Supreme Court in the region.
