The Institute has operationalized the digital system, transforming processes such as employee file organization and attendance into paperless procedures.
The system provides employees with human resource services that are physical paperwork, reliant on accurate data, and efficient.
During the official launch of the system, the Director General of the Institute, Worku Gachena (Ph.D.), mentioned that the institution is not only utilizing the system internally but is also assisting other organizations in transitioning to a modern, paperless process. The Director General further emphasized that this initiative extends beyond just conserving national resources, as it ensures transparency, time efficiency, trustworthiness, and the implementation of a globally recognized workflow.
Senior staff members and managers at various levels also received operational guidelines for the system from the Director-General during the event.
