Elon Musk’s xAI startup has introduced Grok-2 powered by the Flux.1, an open-source model from Black Forrest Lab. Flux.1 is available for download and can be run locally on high-performance laptops while Grok-2 remains limited to X Premium and Premium+ subscribers.
Midjourney’s latest web editor assembles numerous useful image editing tools into a single user interface (UI) facilitating the creation of highly detailed and visually appealing images by eliminating the need for creators to constantly switch back and forth to modify images. Additionally, Google has introduced its new Imagen 3 AI model, which the company claims is its advanced text-to-image model, capable of producing better detail, richer lighting, and fewer distracting artifacts than their previous models. This is currently in closed beta testing and is not accessible to the general public.
